We are Emeny Turley Partnership

Emeny Turley Partnership Ltd (ETP) was established by Mark Emeny and Bob Turley in 1995. ETP is a response to a market need for commercially aware quantity surveying services and associated disciplines.

Our philosophy has always been founded on the desire to provide help and support to a client, ensuring that their project cost, time and quality objectives are met. This approach has led to a steady growth in our client base, backed up by a significant level of repeat business.

In addition to ensuring that project budgets are realistic and achievable, we frequently advise clients on their legal obligations for the building contract, CDM Regulations etc.
